Soon, those experiences will be back for all to enjoy with EVM's latest Theatrical Restaurant, Tapis Rouge opening it's door and glittering stage soon! Klang Valley’s latest theatrical restaurant specially catered for the discerning diner in search of quality culinary and entertainment experiences. Tapis Rouge (pronounced tah-pee rooj), which means Red Carpet in French, is situated at Red Carpet Avenue of Encorp Strand, the new lifestyle hub of Petaling Jaya.
Tapis Rouge is an innovative combination of a chic restaurant and cabaret lounge that is set as the anchor tenant of Red Carpet Avenue, a covered boulevard inspired by Paris’ Champs-Elysees. The restaurant has a contemporary interior decor that thematically plays with hues of deep rouge, evoking the sense of understated elegance. The rear of Tapis Rouge houses the cabaret lounge, an intimate space equipped with an extendable stage ideal for entertainment of various types.
The Ambassador of the cabaret lounge is the Kit Kat Klub Show, the song, dance and comedy revue founded by Tiara Jacquelina in the 90s, famous for introducing some of Malaysia’s most well-known celebrities such as Sofia Jane, Pat Ibrahim, Linda Jasmine, Nasha Aziz, Maria Farida and more. The revival of the Kit Kat Klub Show features a new line-up of talents that guarantees to be a show-stopper. Conceptualized by celebrity choreographer, Pat Ibrahim, and dance choreography by Wadi Ridhzuwan, the show features an exciting dance showcase, with vocal and comedy performances weaved offering a complete entertainment experience.
